Shore Trips and Tours is a division of Mount Classic Tours Ltd. We specialize in providing shore excursions and tours to cruise ship passengers visiting Australia and New Zealand.
Since 2002, Mount Classics has grown to be one of the largest providers of independent shore excursions in New Zealand.
We are located in Tauranga on the east of the North Island of New Zealand. We provide tour services in all ports of call in New Zealand and Australia through our associate partner companies. All are small independent companies who are passionate about their own area and have been chosen, as we know they will deliver first class service you expect.
Unlike some web site re-sellers we do not just load a huge range of often competing and confusing options, but carefully select our suppliers and offer only a complimenting range of tours covering a range of price points and interests.
We are a Qualmark endorsed tour and transport service provider, as are most of our New Zealand partners.
The NZ Transport Agency [the government body that regulates transport services in New Zealand] has just reconfirmed our 5 star rating for another year, the highest you can achieve, for our passenger transport services we offer here in Tauranga. This confirms our standards of service to be of the highest possible standard.

Where are Shore Trips & Tours located?
We have recently [January 2020] moved to a new location, still in Mount Maunganui, but now at 117 Newton Street, which is closer to the Port Of Tauranga, New Zealand.

Yes, we offer a range of shore excursions in all of the major ports of call in both countries, we are adding new tours and some of the smaller ports all the time.
